Storage duration of the data
a. If you contact us as the website operator through the contact options offered, your details will be saved so that they can be used to process and answer your request. After completion of a process, your data will be deleted after 14 days.

b. If you register for an event on our website, we ask you to provide the personal data that we need to process the registration process and to organize the event. Your data will remain in our system for a period of 14 days after the end of an event in order to give you the opportunity to access event-specific data (e.g. picture galleries). After this period of time, your data will be deleted again.

Exception: if there are statutory retention requirements. In this case, the processing of the data will be restricted to compliance with the statutory retention periods and the data will no longer be processed for any other purposes.

Data enrichment or completion on behalf of the registered event participant
