Collection and processing of personal data
The website operator only collects, uses and passes on your personal data if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of data.

Personal data is all information that is used to identify your person and which can be traced back to you – for example your name or your e-mail address.

You can also visit this website without providing any personal information (event registration process). In order to improve our online offer, however, we save your access data to this website (without personal reference). This access data includes e.g. the page/file you requested or the name of your Internet provider. Due to the anonymization of the data, it is not possible to draw conclusions about your person.

Note: An event registration is not possible without personal information. In addition, you do not get access to the protected, event-specific information.

We process personal data such as first name, last name, IP address, e-mail address and other information from the registration form only with the express permission of the user concerned and in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of our legitimate interest in fulfilling our services and optimizing our online offer. This means that we use these data for event organization and to make the event process as pleasant and smooth as possible for the participants.

b. If you register for an event on our website, we ask you to provide the personal data that we need to process the registration process and to organize the event. Your data will remain in our system for a period of 14 days after the end of an event in order to give you the opportunity to access event-specific data (e.g. picture galleries). After this period of time, your data will be deleted again.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Data enrichment or completion on behalf of the registered event participant
Since we assume that some event participants do not always have all the data required for the smooth organization of the event at the time of registration, we would like to point out that we may supplement this for you after the data you have transmitted.

Data stored by us will be deleted if they are no longer required for their intended purpose and there are no statutory retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.

Note: In this case, smooth event organization cannot be guaranteed.
